Jaimie has a rich history of dedication to community service and nonprofit work. While pursuing her Master’s degree, she volunteered at Grandparents As Parents, where she took on the responsibility of facilitating support groups for grandparents who had become primary caregivers to their grandchildren.
Her commitment to supporting vulnerable populations continued with her volunteer work at the Monterey Children’s Courthouse, where she provided care and guidance to children amidst custody disputes.
After earning her graduate degree, Jaimie joined several nonprofit organizations, including Outreach Concern in Los Angeles, where she served as a school counselor, offering support to students in need.
Since 2013, Jaimie has been actively involved in a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing clinically based housing for foster youth aged 13-19 through a short-term residential therapeutic program.
In her most recent role, Jaimie served as the Vice President of Operations at an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, where she oversaw the center's day-to-day operations and contributed to its mission of helping individuals on their path to recovery.
